Solid Waste Services manages the City’s exclusive franchise services agreement with Waste Management, Inc. We provide customer service, and contractual oversight for roughly 28,000 residential and commercial customers in our service area, and work closely with the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County assisting them with regional solid waste items.
 
Services
Waste Management, Inc. (WMI) is the exclusive provider of solid waste,yard waste,and recycling collection services in the City of Palm Beach Gardens.

Residential Services

• Solid Waste Collection occurs twice per week.
• Yard Waste Collection occurs once per week.
• Recycling Collection occurs once per week.

Commercial Services

• Solid Waste Collection occurs once per week, minimum.
