Certified Police Officer

To qualify, you must:

 Salary Range: $46,149 - $85,090

Police Officer Trainee Program

 

To qualify, you must:

Arrow Image Be in good physical health and free from disabling defects

Arrow Image Not have any convictions as an adult of a felony
  or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude
Arrow Image Have a minimum of 60 college credits, or be currently attending the Florida Academy

Road Patrols Salary Range: 75% of starting Police Officer salary

Upon successful completion of the Police Academy and the State Law Enforcement exam, trainees may become full-time officers.
