Effictive October 1, 2011, and pursuant to the City of Palm Beach Gardens' Master Fees and Charges Schedule, the City charges $50.00 to fill Open Permit Status Requests. Such requests are typically on a particular address and are made by agencies working on transfers of title. Requests must be made using this form and must include the payment for the request to be processed. Expedited requests will be performed at a charge of $100.00 and will provide for a two (2) business day turnaround. All other requests will be completed within ten (10) business days.
