Per the City of Palm Beach Gardens 2009/2010 Master Fees and Charges Schedule, approved by Resolution 69, 2009, and effective October 1, 2009, the City will now charge $40.00 to fill Open Permit Status Requests. Such requests are typically on a particular address and are made by agencies working on transfers of title. Requests must be made using this form and must include the payment for the request to be processed.
