Attention Business Tax Receipt Applicant:
The City of Palm Beach Gardens is operating on a fiscal year schedule of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. New businesses effective April 1, 2010 through September 24, 2010 will be prorated for half a year through to September 30, 2010. New business tax receipts applied for after September 24, 2010 will have an October 1, 2010 effective date. All businesses are required to renew their business tax receipts on October 1, 2010 at the full year rate regardless of when the business tax receipt was issued.
