The City of Palm Beach Gardens abides by the City of Palm Beach Gardens Land Development Regulations. To view the LDRs, see Chapter 78 of the Code of Ordinances.
However, other regulating agencies such as these listed below have code regulations that will need to be satisfied, when applicable, and can be project specific. Additional permits by these agencies may be required. Please contact these local agencies or the City's Engineering Department if you have any questions.
