The U.S. Postal Service mobile van is available Monday through Friday from 12:45PM to 3:45PM in City Hall parking lot.
At present the mobile van can only accept cash or checks and is not set up for debit or credit purchases. There are limited packaging supplies available for purchase, such as padded envelopes, boxes and tape. Size limits for parcels are 24” long x 14” wide x 15” deep. Weight limits are subject to clerk approval due to limited space. (Normal postal weight limit cannot exceed 70 lbs). The mobile van can provide much the same service as a stationary post office, such as mailing certified, return receipt, express, priority, etc. The mobile van is unable to do any delivery or holding of mail for customers.
