COMMUNITY SERVICES LEADER II – Recreation
Salary Range: $11.41- $12.55/hourResponsibilities:
This is a responsible position that plans, organizes and supervises designated various recreational activities. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, and may have weekend, evening and holiday responsibilities which may require decision making and supervision of part time staff. This position performs a variety of routine clerical, reception, computer and customer service work and other related work as required and assigned. This position will have direct contact with the public and must be able to communicate effectively with children and adults who are participating in recreation activities; this position requires the ability to interact with the public in a professional, friendly, positive and tactful manner at all times.

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum requirement must be a High School Student with at least three years of experience in Recreation or a closely related field.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required, or must have the ability to obtain certifications within the first 90 days of employment.
Special Requirements:
• Certifications and training as required by operations
• Must have the ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid State of Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record and the Commercial Driver’s license endorsement Class C, or the ability to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment

• Copy of all certifications
• Copy of driver’s license and Social Security Card/Student Identification Card
