MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I - GOLF

Salary Range: $26,773 - $29,450

Responsibilities: This position performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and operation of the City¡¦s golf course, buildings, grounds, open spaces and/or parks. This position may require flexible hours.

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
„X High School diploma or equivalent
„X Any related combination of training and education
„X Some knowledge of equipment and supplies used to do minor repairs.
„X Some knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions.
„X Ability to work independently & complete daily activities according to work schedule.
„X Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, and to perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
„X Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
„X Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
„X Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and the public.
„X Requires a State of Florida Driver¡¦s License with a clean driving record
