RECREATION PROGRAMMER - SENIOR PROGRAMMING

Salary Range: $16.59 – $18.25 / hour

Responsibilities: This position has major programming and administrative responsibilities within the Recreation Division. Responsibilities include developing programs for a target population of 55 plus, as well as monitoring and evaluating assigned Recreation activities and creating new revenue producing programs for the Recreation Division. This position has direct contact with the public and will require day, night and weekend work. Note: This position requires the ability to operate a City vehicle for City related errands and may require a CDL class C License or the ability to obtain one. A valid State of Florida driver’s license is required with a clean driving record.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of two years recreational or related experience, or any related combination of education training and experience.
• First Aid and CPR certification required, or applicant must have the ability to obtain these certifications within the probationary period. A valid State of Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
