Park Facilities

The City of Palm Beach Gardens offers some unique and interesting parks for the use of their residents.  Whether you are young or older, active or not so active, you will find a park that fits your needs!

Park History

This presentation documents the successful parks projects initiated by the Palm Beach Gardens volunteer Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (R.A.B.) in the aftermath of the failed 2003 Parks Bond vote.  Recognizing that an aging parks system would not service present or future residents, the R.A.B. recommended to Palm Beach Gardens City Council a decade of parks projects to rectify this situation. In partnership with City staff, the R.A.B. did extensive research, sought community input through meetings, and established funding through grants, capital, impact, and general funds.  This is a historical perspective of the events between 2003 and the present and what has been accomplished to become a nationally recognized parks system.
