Holiday Bazaar Vendor Information

36th Annual Gardens Holiday Bazaar

Friday-Saturday, December 6-7, 2019

The initial deadline to be a vendor at the Holiday Bazaar was September 30, 2019. However, we will continue to accept applications from non-jewelry gift and craft vendors to be considered to fill any vacancies.

Vendor Fees

10’ x 10’ Space (gymnasium)

  • $110 + tax for Homemade/Handcraft Vendor
  • $155 + tax for Gift/Resale Vendor
  • $35 for Non-Profit Organization w/ 501(c)(3) status

6’ x 10’ Space (multi-purpose room or hallway)

  • $70 + tax for Homemade/Handcrafted Items
  • $100 + tax for Gift/Resale Vendor
  • $35 for Non-Profit Organization w/ 501(c)(3) status

Additional Fees

  • $15 + tax for each corner space
  • $10 + tax for each wall space (includes access to one electric outlet)

Vendor Information

  1. The 2019 Gardens Holiday Bazaar is Friday-Saturday, December 6-7. Vendors must participate the entire time, Friday, December 6 from 11am-8pm and Saturday, December 7 from 9am-4pm.
  2. Set-up is Thursday, December 5, 2pm-7pm or Friday, December 6, 8am-10:30am. Breakdown is Saturday, December 7, 4pm-6pm.
  3. The Gardens Holiday Bazaar includes homemade/handcrafted items and gift/resale items. Homemade/Handcraft Vendors make all the items they sell. You will be classified as a Gift/Resale Vendor if you do not make all the items you sell.
  4. The initial application deadline will be September 30. Vendors will be notified regarding acceptance by mid-October. If accepted into the show, payment must be received in a timely manner or the space will be given to a vendor from the wait list. Applications will continue to be accepted from non-jewelry vendors after the initial deadline so that any vacancies can be filled.
  5. Refunds are granted if requests are made 7 days prior to the Show and we are able to fill the spot. Refunds will be subject to an administrative fee of $20.00. No-shows will not be refunded.
  6. Vendor Booths will be approximately 10’ x 10’ in the gyms, and approximately 6’ x 10’ in the multi-purpose room and hallways. We do NOT provide tables or chairs, nor do we have any to rent. All tables, chairs, display legs and anything else metal or sharp that will be touching the floor should have padding so that the floors will not be scratched or indented. All the vendor’s display, including chairs, must be placed within the confines of the space so that passageways are kept clear.
  7. Displays must be aesthetically pleasing and tables should have covers that are neat and drape close to the floor on all sides.
  8. The vendor is entirely responsible for the space rented and shall not injure, mar or deface the premises. The vendor shall not affix to the walls any advertisements, signs, etc., or use any adhesive material on surfaces. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that the floors are safeguarded from stains. The vendor agrees to reimburse the City for any loss or damage occurring to premises or equipment.
  9. Vendors shall conduct themselves at all times in a courteous manner to City staff, patrons and other vendors. Rude, abusive, offensive, or other disruptive conduct will not be permitted.
  10. No heating elements or burning of open flames including candles or incense.
  11. Vendors who wish to smoke must use the designated smoking area outside the Burns Road Community Center. Vendors shall not consume or possess alcoholic beverages on City property.
  12. All vendors must have their cars parked in the designated parking area during Bazaar hours.
  13. No person shall bring or allow any pet or animal in the show, except those assisting or aiding impaired or physically disabled persons.
  14. Wi-Fi is available in some parts of the building (pbgpublic). Connectivity is not guaranteed.
  15. The City of Palm Beach Gardens reserves the right to decide which vendors will be accepted in the Gardens Holiday Bazaar, or to prohibit a vendor from selling a particular product in the Bazaar.
  16. The City of Palm Beach Gardens does not guarantee any vendor exclusive rights to sell any one type of product.
  17. The City of Palm Beach Gardens reserves the right to remove any vendor not adhering to the rules and regulations set forth in this document.
