Important Dates for 2019-20 Fall/Winter/Spring Jewelry & Craft Vendors

Please note the important dates below for the 2019-20 Gardens GreenMarket season. All jewelry and new craft vendors must attend one of the three jury dates to be considered a vendor. The August jury dates are appointment-only. Vendors must complete and submit an application and then contact Ashley Shipman, Recreation Supervisor for GreenMarket and Community Relations for an appointment. She may be reached at 561-630-1146 or via email at ashipman@pbgfl.com. Juries take place at Burns Road Community Center, 4404 Burns Road, PBG, 33410 in August/September and January.

  • July 29 - Applications open and will be accepted online only. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot into the Market. 
  • August 21 - Jury Date #1 9am-1pm (APPOINTMENT ONLY)
  • August 22 - Jury Date #2 12pm-4pm (APPOINTMENT ONLY)
  • August 31 - Applications close. Any applications received on/after September 1 will automatically be placed on a wait list.  
  • September 4 - Jury Date #3 10am-3pm (WALK-INS ONLY)
  • September 16-19 - Notification of application status will be sent.
  • October 6 - Opening Day at City Hall Municipal Campus

HOW TO COMPLETE/SUBMIT APPLICATION:
If you  are interested in becoming a part of the Palm Beach Gardens GreenMarket tradition, please submit your online application. Past participation does not guarantee a space in the GreenMarket.

1.  Click on the link above. If you haven't already created an account, you will need to do that first.

2.  When logged into account, the account holder's last name and account number will appear next to "Welcome" (ex: Welcome, Smith #12345)

3.  Click on "Search" tab at the top of the page.  It is located between Home and Golf Course tabs.

4.  A drop-down menu will appear; click on "Search" tab located under Activities

5.  Activity Search Criteria will appear.  In the Keyword Search, type in "GreenMarket" (this is just one word)

6. Click on the "+" sign

7.  It will ask you if want to add this item to your cart; click "yes"

8.  Fill in information, then select "submit"

9.  Proceed to checkout, select "continue"

10.  A confirmation receipt will be e-mailed to confirm application was submitted.
