- Help, I'm overwhelmed! Who can I talk to about rentals at the Burns Road Community Center?

Different rooms allow different types of vendors. All vendors must be approved by City staff. For specific inquiries on indoor rentals, please reach out to recinfo@pbgfl.com. - I don't see any information about hosting a party at the Aquatics Complex.

Pavilions must be paid in full at the time of booking. The credit card that was used to pay will be automatically charged if any cleaning or damage fees are necessary. Please see the Rules & Regulations tab for more information. - I would like to host an event (multi-day tournament, health fair, etc.) at the Burns Road Community Center.
If you are interested in holding a sporting event here in Palm Beach Gardens, please complete our Event/Public Assembly Application. Our team will review your application and follow up with you shortly thereafter. - I would like to cancel a reservation.
You can do this through the same system in which you booked the facility. Log in (click here), go to your account in the top right, click cancellations, then click “cancel this” on the reservation you wish to cancel. Please refer to our Facility Use Policies & Procedures for our cancellation policy. - How early may I arrive to start setting up for my rental?
The timeframe of your rental includes setup and breakdown time. - May I hire a bounce house or food truck for my pavilion rental?
There is not sufficient space for a bounce house or food truck near the Burns Road Community Center pavilion. If you wish to have either or these amenities, please head to our Pavilion Rentals page to find a suitable location.
