Camp/Clinic Fees
Camps and clinics are charged 3x the applicable rate. The daily rates are listed below and the hourly rates are listed on the Athletic Facility Page.

Camp/Event/Tournament FAQs
- I submitted the application. When should I expect a response?
City staff will be reviewing your application based on the information provided. We aim to respond to each submission within one week. - Will I have to pay a deposit?
Accepted events will be required to pay a deposit, which is typically around 25% of the total event fees. Full payment is required before the event, typically 45 days in advance. - What parks, specifically with athletic facilities, does the City operate?

Please refer to our Facility Use Policies & Procedures for our cancellation policy. - Can the City of Palm Beach Gardens cancel my event?
Although avoided as much as possible, the City can cancel your event at any time. If a group is dishonest in its application or otherwise in communication with City staff, the City reserves the right to cancel without refund. If the City cancels an event due to an impending storm or a recent storm that caused severe damage to the event facility, the event host will receive a full refund. - Are all of the fields lined and/or chalked for my use?
Multipurpose fields are not painted and baseball/softball fields are not chalked unless specifically requested with sufficient lead time and any applicable fees are paid. These services are not guaranteed, even if requested. - Help, I'm overwhelmed! Who can I talk to about hosting a camp, event, or tournament?
