Adult Aquatic Fitness Programs

All equipment is provided and all fitness levels are welcome. Work at your own pace. Classes are open to ages 13 and up. See class descriptions and fees below. First time students, please come 5-10 minutes before the start of class. Aqua Fitness (Deep Water) 

Enjoy an invigorating, low impact aqua fitness class in our refreshing pool this summer with our popular instructors, Rosalynn and Gordon. Pre-registration is NOT required. Just show up and be ready to exercise! Locker rooms/shower facilities are available.

Aqua Yoga (Shallow Water)

Aqua Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that all bodies can enjoy! Your joints are supported for free movement and the water acts as resistance to strengthen muscles.

Aqua Zumba (Shallow Water)

Aqua Zumba is an invigorating workout that combines Latin rhythms and dance steps to offer a fun but challenging environment to work out in. Aqua Zumba is classic aqua aerobics with a Latin flavor added. You will perform large muscle movements by reaching your arms and lifting your legs in the water, as well as circling your hips and shoulders.
