Palm Beach Gardens Fair Housing Survey

We Want to Hear From YOU!

The City of Palm Beach Gardens is required to submit a Five-Year Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to receive federal grant funds under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. These funds may be used for public facilities and infrastructure projects, public services, affordable housing related projects, homelessness, and economic development activities.

Your participation in this survey helps the City to prioritize its HUD funding. Survey responses are completely anonymous. To take the survey, visit www.surveymonkey.com/r/PBGNeeds.

For questions about this survey or accommodations for persons with disabilities or limited English proficiency, please contact Joann Skaria, Planning Manager, at (561) 799-4261 or by email at: jskaria@pbgfl.com.
