Meet & Greet Artist Amber M. MoranFriday, December 1 | 5:30-7:30pm City Hall Lobby, 10500 N Military Trail GardensArt, a City of Palm Beach Gardens art in public places program, presents “Celebrating the Sunshine State”, an exhibition of watercolor and illustrations by Amber M. Moran, ArtiGras’ 2017 Poster Artist. Moran’s trademark style combines watercolor and illustration by extending her artwork onto the mat using black ink, creating a “window” of color. Exhibition runs Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm through January 4, 2018. More Information

Recreation Gift CardsGive the gift of fun! Recreation Gift Cards may be purchased at the Burns Road Recreation Center and PBG Tennis Center and used for class fees, pool admission fees, rentals and even snacks at the Snack Shack. It’s a great gift or stocking stuffer for the holidays!
Class RegistrationStarting Tuesday, December 12th, register online or in person for new Winter/Spring classes and programs starting in January or later. Most classes have a minimum number of students that they need in order to run. Sign up in advance so they don’t get canceled due to low enrollment! Visit our website for information on Recreation programs or pick up a brochure at any Recreation facility.

Special Recreation Holiday HoursAll supervised Recreation facilities including Burns Road Recreation Center, Aquatic Complex, Tennis Center, Lakeside Center, Riverside Youth Enrichment Center and the Skate Park will be closed on Monday, December 25. GFWC Palm Beach Gardens Woman's Club
Wednesday, December 20
The GFWC Palm Beach Gardens Woman's Club will celebrate the holidays with a dinner at Paddy Mac's on the 20th of December, followed by a Chinese Auction. If you are interested in joining them, call Lorraine Macey at 561-627-9564; she will inform you as to cost and selection of the meal. Deadline is Dec. 13th. Also, mark January 17, 2018, on your calendar so that you don’t miss the next meeting that will include a program on Japanese Flower Arranging, followed by an Art Show by the members. Once again, the Tennis Center joins the PGA National and Jupiter Bay Clubs in hosting this premier event for youngsters through 12 years of age who come from all over the U.S. and around the world. Adult 1-Day Mixed Doubles and LunchForty players had a great time at a similar event on November 18. Everyone will get another chance before the end of the year! On Saturday, Dec 9 from 10:30am-3pm, three rounds of paired mixed doubles, 8-game pro-set format are played in ability-based groups, with lunch and socializing to follow.
