Adults, combine your morning run with a fun, outdoor circuit workout that keeps your heart rate up, burns fat/calories and helps tone your whole body. In between laps around our shaded track, keep the heart rate up with high-intensity interval training. Get ready to sweat and have fun!
Meet the instructor, Rosalynn, at the entrance to the fitness trail located just east of the Recreation Center on the edge of the parking lot.
