How do I rent a park pavilion?: Permits are required for group use of any park facilities, athletic fields, picnic pavilions and lighted facilities. Permits can be completed in person at the Burns Road Community Center or online at PBGREC.COM/LOGIN.

1. How do I know if I'm a resident?: If you pay taxes to the City Palm Beach Gardens, then you are a resident. If you pay taxes to the county or another city, you are not a resident.

Can I bring my dog to a park?: Per the City's Code of Ordinances, Sec. 46-14. - Pets and animals: No person shall bring or allow any pet or animal in any City park, except those assisting or aiding impaired or physically disabled persons, unless such park is specifically designated for use by such pet or animal. They are more than welcome to use the dog park located off of Lilac Drive, next to Lilac Park.

3. How do I register for a class?: You can register for a class in person at any Recreation service desk or online at PBGREC.COM/LOGIN.

4. Where is the Skate Park?: The Skate Park is located at 10113 Plant Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. It is just east of the Palm Beach Gardens High School campus.

5. How do I register my child for any of the youth athletic leagues?: The Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association (PBGYAA) handles the youth athletic leagues within the City of Palm Beach Gardens. They use city facilities and fields, but registration must be done through the PBGYAA

6. How far is the walking trail at Oaks Park?: The walking trail at Oaks Park is currently .70 miles.

7. How far is the walking trail at the Burns Road Community Center?: The walking trail at the Burns Road Community Center is currently 1 mile in length.

10. What are the Aquatic Complex fees?: Residents of incorporated Palm Beach Gardens pay $3.50 + tax per person. The non-resident fee is $7.00 + tax per person.

11. What is the minimum age for admission to the Aquatic Complex without an adult?: The minimum age for admission to the Aquatic Complex without an adult is 12 years old.

12. Does Palm Tran provide transportation to the Burns Road Community Center?: There is a Palm Tran bus stop just south of Burns Road on Military Trail. Visit their
website.

13. If I'm not a resident of Palm Beach Gardens, am I still able to use your facilities?: Yes, we offer all of our programs to non-residents. However, the fee may be a bit more.

14. What forms of payment are accepted for registrations?: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express

15. When is the next brochure with upcoming activities coming out?: The Gardens Life brochure is published 3 times per year: Winter/Spring (January - April), Summer (May - August), and Fall (/September - December). It is available approximately 2 weeks before the start of the new period.

16. Will the Gardens Life brochure be mailed to my house?: The City of Palm Beach Gardens no longer mails out brochures to resident households. You may pick up a copy at any Recreation facility or download it from our website

18. How do I reserve an athletic field for a practice or game?: Permits are required for group use of any park facilities, athletic fields, picnic pavilions and lighted facilities. Permits can be completed online by clicking the Pavilion & Facility Rentals button on the Recreation home page at PBGREC.COM or in person at the Burns Road Community Center.

What are the hours of operation for the Burns Road Community Center?: Burns Road Community Center regular business hours of operation are as follows: Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 12-5pm. However, hours may change or be extended depending on the season and programming.

20. When and where is the Gardens GreenMarket?: The Gardens GreenMarket is now held every Sunday at the City Hall Municipal Campus, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. From October to the first week of May, the hours of operation are 8am-1pm. From the second week of May to the end of September, the summer hours are 8am-Noon.
