Effective June 24, 2019, the Gardens Skate Park is no longer supervised. Participants skate at their own risk and should ride within their own ability.  Per Florida Statute 316.0085, the City of Palm Beach Gardens is not liable for any accident or injury resulting from the use of the Gardens Skate Park as a skater or spectator.  

Rules


All sections of the City of Palm Beach Gardens Code of Ordinances apply.  The following rules are also in effect:
  • Helmets and safety equipment are highly recommended
  • No bikes
  • No motorized vehicles of any kind
  • No smoking or vaping within the boundaries of the Skate Park
  • No graffiti, stickers, or littering
  • No fighting or profanity
  • City staff reserves the right to close the park when deemed necessary
  • No glass containers
  • Alcohol is not permitted at any City park
  • No pets are allowed at any City facility
  • No outside obstacles or materials (ramps, jumps, trash cans, wax)
  • No skating if the surfaces are wet
  • This is YOUR park - respect each other and City property

The Gardens Skate Park will be open from dawn to dusk every day except for the City-recognized holidays listed below:

Training Sessions


Skate board training sessions occur on the 2nd Saturday morning of every month from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Resident/Non-resident fees are $25/$29 per lesson. 

Closures

The Gardens Skate Park will be closed at the discretion of City staff for inclement weather, safety concerns, or when it is otherwise deemed necessary.
